1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

3. Perfumes

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Only sealed and unopened perfume boxes are eligible for return/exchange if:

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Return Shipping

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed only if the item is defective, damaged, or unavailable for exchange.

Approved refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash within 7–10 working days.

Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
