4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

Perfumes are unopened/sealed (opened perfumes cannot be returned).

Clothing can be exchanged for size issues or defects.
5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or exchange.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking number with you via SMS/Email/WhatsApp so you can track your parcel.
7. Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping will be introduced soon.
