1. Do you offer free shipping?

✅ Yes! We offer Free Shipping all over Pakistan with no minimum order.


2. How long does delivery take?

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days.

  • Other areas: 4–7 working days.
    Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or due to courier delays.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (all over Pakistan)

  • Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash


4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

  • Perfumes are unopened/sealed (opened perfumes cannot be returned).

  • Clothing can be exchanged for size issues or defects.


5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or exchange.


6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking number with you via SMS/Email/WhatsApp so you can track your parcel.


7. Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping will be introduced soon.


8. Are your perfumes original?

✅ Yes! We only sell 100% authentic perfumes. No fakes, no replicas.


9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.
